Motherboard: ASRock Fatal1ty Z370 Gaming-ITX/ac (latest BIOS 4.30)
Processor: i7-9700k
Power supply: Jinhetian Gold Medal A+ 650W
Memory: Yinjue 8G×2
Win10 64-bit professional latest version, A770 latest driver 6881
In the ARC control center, only fan tuning and lock 60FPS are turned on, and all others are turned off
System power is set to balanced: Advanced settings are as follows:
PCI Express → Link State Power Management → Maximum Power Savings
Intel(R) Graphics Settings → Maximum Battery Life
BIOS turned off CSM and turned on 4G, but the motherboard does not have BAR option (the manual does not mention it either)
PCI Express Native Control+PCIE ASPM Support+DMI ASPM Support is all turned on, and there are only two options, Enable and Disable, and no L0/1 is available
The maximum display resolution is 1440x900, and I only use 60FPS for the refresh rate. The graphics card control center also has a limit of 60FPS
Even if I unplug the monitor and use GPU-Z to monitor for one minute, I find that the power consumption is still 45W when idle (CPU and GPU occupancy are only 1%)
Using MSI Afterburner to monitor, I found that the core frequency is locked at 600mhz, the memory frequency is locked at 2000mhz, the voltage is locked at 650mv, and the temperature is 46℃. I can't make any changes after restarting after starting MSI Afterburner in administrator mode and unlocking the voltage adjustment control

By the way, I turned off the dual graphics mode in BIOS and set the independent graphics card to be the priority. However, even if I did not turn off the dual graphics mode and set the independent graphics card to be the priority, the power consumption and frequency remained unchanged.

@9527-ZDY Your hardware does not meeet the arc requirements:

Thanks, I've seen this, asking GPT to tell me whether BAR is enabled doesn't seem to have much impact on idle power consumption, I'm browsing the web most of the time, with a usage of no more than 5%

I can enable BAR by updating BIOS 4.31BETA, but the standby power consumption still does not change. It may be that the ASPM of this motherboard only works on the CPU.
