Instant Replay feature

I've recently purchased an ARC B580 GPU and I'm very satisfied with my purchase. However,

One of the features I missed most when switching from NVIDIA to Intel was NVIDIA's ShadowPlay. While alternatives like OBS's replay buffer or Windows Game Bar exist, they have clear drawbacks that I can't overlook. OBS, while offering more than enough customization, requires the program to be open in order to use their Replay Buffer. WGB doesn't offer enough customization.

  Supporting an instant replay feature with the Intel Graphics Software would solve all of these issues and provide a straight-forward solution to any customers who have switched to Intel GPUs.
