Intel ARC compatability/GPU error in Marmoset Toolbag app

PS: Iam using Intel Arc A770, Re-Bar "on".  Using latest driver 31.0.101.4824
Same thing and with even more visual bugs/dissappearing shadows on mesh in viewport was with 31.0.101.4672.

The problem:
1) When Iam making visible duplicated mesh (with textures and materials) in Scene I got GPU ERROR and can only close app. This also happends when Iam trying to move copied folder to another empty folder.
PS: Each folder on screenshot above contain character mesh 400k tris with 9 materials with 4-6 4k maps in each.
I wanst having any issue on MSI 1080TI Armor OC with the same project and actions. Even its hardware 25-30% is less powerful.
2) Seems like Marmoset does not recognize or support Intel ARC videocard, cause Denoise-GPU option in Output Image section is grey out/not available.
3) Seems like I wasnt having any Denoise on render, cause increasing samples from 1k to 4k wont help to have a Denoise on rendered image. To solve that Ive just rendered final images in huge resolution like 11k x 13k.* 16k (for 1 side) was maximum for Marmoset or Videocard, you will have warning message in console with this limit (with ARC A770 at least)

4) Constant Visal bugs like this one (see on screnshot).

PS: With MSI 1080TI I wasnt have any of these problems (all in thi this topic)

Please research compatability with this app. Its used by almost any 3d artist in gamedev.
You got very good numbers in videoediting apps, but for some reason from 3d apps only blender got real attention. (dont forget 3dsmax and Maya also). Thanks.

Hello Austrev

Thank you for posting on the Intel® ARC™ Graphics Communities. We know this is an important 3D rendering software, and experiencing an error message can be a huge inconvenience.

Can you please retest if the same issue happens using our latest driver version 31.0.101.4826, please use Display Driver Uninstaller to uninstall previous driver leftovers from both Nvidia and Intel and then update to the latest version.

If the problem continues, please share with us a short video showing steps to trigger this problem in case we need to test this in our lab.

Best Regards,

Ive deleted drivers with DDU, then installed  31.0.101.4826
Same problems persist. Recorded 2 videos one by one. In both GPU critical error.
In one I got "freeze" after moving folder, and in another after I rolled out the window. Its also a common thing, when you do it "too fast" after app started. (too fast for intel GPU, not for others like 1080Ti.
Actually you cant see error message here because ARC default recording APP stopped working when Marmost Toolbag stopped.

So on video you can only see freeze, after that "freeze" - 20 seconds in my case (becouse of settings) I got message like on screenshots above and app closing after you hit "ok".

Iam sorry that I heavent re-checked recorings, didnt know they are "cutted" by accident. But at least here you can see freeze after action was perfomed, especially in short one where window just didnt rolled out fully and stopped.
Ive also attached Marmoset "log" file to view reason there. These two actions with Marmoset should be the latest in this log at least, because after that I have not started or launch this app.

Hello Austrev

Thank you for that information and for sharing the video and log files. In this case, we might need to test the app from our side to check if the problem can be reproduced by any chance is there a sample file that you can share with us for testing purposes?

Hello Austrev

I wanted to check if you might be able to share with us a sample file so we can test the software in our lab. Or if the issue can be triggered just by clicking between any of the options from the software? Please let us know.

Hello Austrev

Upon reviewing this issue, we will need a sample file/project so we can test this software and try to reproduce the issue from our side. We also wanted to recommend in case a sample file cannot be provided that you report this issue to the software developer since a patch to add compatibility for our Intel® Arc™ GPUs might be needed from their side.

Hello Austrev

Unfortunately, we have not received an update from your side so we will proceed to close this thread. As advised in our previous post in this case please report the issue to the software developer since an update from their side might be needed to add compatibility with Intel® Arc™ GPUs.

In case you can share a sample project/file with us, feel free to open a new topic so we can further assist with this issue.
