I have brought a cpu 2 days ago.
AMD Ryzen 7 7700 8-Core Processor
AMD Radeon™ Graphics (default integrated)
Intel® Arc™ A750 Graphics
Just after i finished installing the updated drivers as i always do, it asked me to reboot the pc. I did but after it turned off, it never turned back on, it stayed only with a black screen and my keyboard and mouse led’s didn’t turn on as it always do when the pc boot.
I already booted the pc without the gpu and it worked fine, i tried using the windows tool to erase the last driver update by using a saved backup but when i put the gpu back, it stayed in the same way.
It don’t even show the option of booting to bios, my monitor just turns on black and stays black.
And i checked and i have reBar enabled.
When I turned on the windows with my motherboard hdmi port and then use the gpu, only then the gpu works. But again if shut down and turned on with gpu hdmi port same black screen.
Thanks.

I'm sure that only the support can help you here. The driver update clearly fried your Arc for some reason. I guess that there was a Firmware Update that went wrong.

My problem is fixed after enabling CSM from the bios. I was using a old monitor and using vga to hdmi converter. Probably that's why it wasn't working.
