The quantization range on my Intel Arc graphics card reverts to default after rebooting, even when I set it to Full. This issue started with driver 6874 and persists with the new 6876 driver. It doesn't appear with driver 6737

Hello bronze,
Thank you for posting in Intel Communities.
To better understand the issue and provide an effective recommendation, please provide the following key information:
- Share a short video demonstrating the issue.
- Does the issue occur with driver version 32.0.101.6790 (WHQL Certified)? Please try a clean installation using Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) and check if the problem persists.
- Is this happening with the Intel® Graphics Control Panel, Intel® Graphics Command Center, or Intel® Graphics Software?
Additionally, I would greatly appreciate it if you could share your system configuration so I can thoroughly assess and offer an accurate solution. You can do this by downloading the Intel® System Support Utility for Windows* software. When the download is complete, launch SSU.exe.
- Scan: Check the box Everything.
- Click Scan.
- Review: When finished scanning, click Next.
- Click Save. *Attach the SSU log file as you reply.
I look forward to your response.
Best regards,
JeanetteC.

The problem continues with the new driver as well.
- "Full" Video: "The 'Full' video shows the driver installation process and then changing the quantization range to 'Full'."
- "Reboot" Video: "The 'Reboot' video demonstrates that after rebooting, the quantization range reverts to 'Default'."

Since my bug report on June 5th, this issue has persisted consistently across driver versions from 6739 to 6972, excluding 6734 and 6737. There has been absolutely no improvement, and it's frustrating that the latest drivers still exhibit this problem.
Do you genuinely believe this issue is less critical than specific game bugs? Having a core display setting like Quantization Range reset to default every time I reboot causes significant inconvenience.
Currently, if I use the system without launching the Intel Graphics Software (IGS), the setting remains stable. However, the moment I launch IGS and simply navigate to the 'Display' tab, the setting immediately reverts to default. This forces me to manually reconfigure a crucial setting every single time I want to access driver options, which is incredibly disruptive to my workflow.
Isn't this a fundamental, 'bread and butter' driver function that should just work? I've used NVIDIA and AMD cards extensively, and I've never encountered such an issue with their drivers.
Are you perhaps under the impression that 'it's just a single click to change it back to Full Range, so it's not a priority to fix'? I must question this seemingly nonchalant attitude towards user experience, which appears to be why this basic bug hasn't been resolved for months. You confirmed that you successfully reproduced this bug in my initial report, so why is it still absent from the 'Known Issues' list?

This issue is still open and actively being investigated. We handle a wide range of issues, each with its own priority, and we're committed to balancing these priorities to resolve issues as quickly as possible.
Regarding the Known Issues list, not every issue is included in the Release Notes. However, even if your issue isn't listed, please rest assured that we are taking it seriously.
Thank you for your patience and understanding. I really do apologize for the inconvenience.

This quantization reset issue is likely a driver bug in versions 6874 and 6876. Since it works fine on 6737, you might want to stick to that older driver until Intel releases a fix. Also, keep an eye on future driver updates.
