Intel Arc textures broken in old Minecraft Versions

Hello, I have an Intel Arc A770 16GB and it's having some issues with older minecraft versions.
I tried every arc driver version from 31.0.101.4369 up until the launch drivers.

I am on Minecraft Version 1.7.10 with no mods (completely fresh). When using Mods, especially larger ones, the issues become more apparent. Newer Versions seem to work fine.

Issues, some screenshots appended:
- Some textures do not seem to load into the world (items and animals)

- When holding an item, the whole screen turns to the color that the character is looking at.

The issues seem to be related to Intel Drivers having removed some features which were being heavily used in 1.7.10 and prior versions.

reddit post with video of the bugs

These are exactly the same issues I am experiencing.

One fix that was mentioned here was downgrading drivers to the version 30.0.100.9955 from October 2021. Sadly, these drivers only exist for integrated GPUs, not my intel arc a770.

This Mojang bug tracker issue may also be related. In there, you can see that the textures of the blocks are not properly loading in. I also had this at the end of last year (Dec 2022) but it seemed to have partially resolved itself as I am not experiencing it anymore. But they may be related, as the fix for intel GPUs is the exact same. Downgrade the drivers.

I hope this helps and this issue is quickly resolved.

Thank you for your time!
