Hi! I have a problem with the Intel ArcA 750 graphics card. The image on the monitor disappears (black screen) when power saving mode (aspm L1) is activated in the bios. The image disappears for 1-2 seconds. It disappears very often, usually at any moment. The computer works without load - Google chrome, watching movies
If the aspm l1 mode is disabled, then everything works fine, but the temperature of the card and memory is growing very much - 53 and 63 degrees. I think it's not normal when the graphics card heats up to such temperatures in standby mode.
My configuration is Windows 11 pro, asus tuf b450m pro gaming, risen
2600 , asrock intel arc 750 challenger, intel 5333
There are no problems in games under load.

Hello Max-D,
Thank you for posting in the communities. To set your expectation, when it comes to BIOS functions and since the motherboard is an Original Equipment Manufacturer Device, our support is limited as we are not familiar with the alterations and configurations that have been done in the system. Nonetheless, I still want to check this for you. To be more familiar with your configuration, kindly please share with us your SSU logs. You may download it at this link: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/18377/intel-system-support-utility-for-windows.html. Additionally, when are there other BIOS functions that also produces the same issue or is it only specific to power saving mode?

Hello!
This happens only without load, today the display turned off 3 times. I installed the 5379 driver, it began to disappear much more often.
I repeat, if you turn on the power saving mode of the video card, then the normal power consumption and temperature . BUT it is constantly shutting down (the image on the monitor disappears), the system is unloaded
If you turn off power saving, the image does not disappear .BUT the consumption and temperature of the video card increases, the system is unloaded

The signal loss is like I'm changing the screen resolution or the refresh rate of the screen. The black screen interval is exactly the same 1-2 seconds

Hello Max-D,
Thank you for patiently waiting. Upon coordinating with our team, we highly recommend following this steps
- Allow OS controlled ASPM by setting Native ASPM to Enabled.
- Enable PCI Express root port ASPM and select L1 Substates.
If you are having some difficulties locating this settings, we highly recommend checking the motherboard manual or refer to ASUS which is the manufacturer of your motherboard acquire this information. The reason for this is due to the fact that different manufacturers may use different names for the same setting.
Additionally, please configure Windows* Power settings as follows:
- Go to Start > System > Power & sleep.
- Click on Additional power settings.
- Select your preferred plan and click on Change plan settings.
- Click on Change advanced power settings.
- Look for PCI Express.
- Click on the '+' sign next to PCI Express to expand the options.
- Click on the '+' sign next to Link State Power Management to expand the options.
- Select Maximum power savings as the Setting using the drop-down menu.
- Click Apply and then OK.
Let us of know of the results. I also want to let you know that we have we have released a new graphics driver update, version 31.0.101.5382. I suggest updating the graphics driver to this latest version to ensure optimal performance. I will be waiting for your reply.

Hello.
I have all these settings enabled. And it is with these settings that my image disappears.I wrote it in the first message.
If I disable these settings, then there is no problem. But then the temperature of the video card and consumption increases.

Hello Max-D,
Thank you for patiently waiting. We have tried replicating the issue using driver versions 31.0.101.5382 and 31.0.101.5333 our our end but we were unable to face the same problem. To further troubleshoot this for you, kindly please make sure that the Resizable bar is enabled and refer to the motherboard manufacturer which is ASUS as this seems to be related to the ASPM L1 management.
By the way, would you be able to test a different motherboard or a different GPU on your system? If you are able to, please let us know of the results.
I will be waiting for your reply.
