can't play "No rest for the wicked" on steam

If try to enter the world after creating a game character, the game ends with a black screen and no error message.

after searching other communities, I found that there were people experiencing the same problem while using intel GPU.

are you aware of this issue and planning to fix it? or is this problem caused by the game developer?

Thank you for posting in the communities. We need to first investigate this for you so we can check why this issue is happening. May I please know the version of the game that you are using? The best way way to isolate this is by trying to replicate the issue that you are experiencing, I can see in the logs that you are using the latest 5382 driver. Is the same issue happening in version 31.0.101.5444? If it does, please send us a screenshot of your game settings. For further research, it would also be helpful if you can share the link wherein you found several users experiencing this issue. I will be waiting for your reply.
