Intel B570 and 5700x framedrops in Battlefield 1 DX11 mode

Hello, I have a 5700x amd and 32gb 3200mhz ddr4 ram. Intel B570 with version 6913 driver and battlefield 1 in 1440p dx11 mode ultra. sometimes i get framedrops. Can you guys look into this?

Maybe u can make updated driver to fix it.

EDIT: I was in Fullscreen mode, and put it in borderless and it seems to have improved performance and stutter.

I think it is better if you could probide more information on this. Like SSU logs, game settings screenshot. Also, a video recording of your issue this way support team could assist you further
