Hello My name is Pal
how can I solve this problem????
as soon as I update the Intel® Arc™ & Iris® Xe Graphics - Windows to the latest version, after restarting it immediately starts downloading and installing " Intel Corporation - Display - 31.0.101.3729 " and it does this after every new driver. as soon as I install the new driver, it installs it immediately after the next one.
What can I do to stop it from installing continuously?

You are far from the latest version, which can be found here:
https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/785597/intel-arc-iris-xe-graphics-windows.html
If windows is installing an older driver after you update to the current, do this:
Install the latest driver.
Then, run the wuShowHide utility (attached) and hide/block the old driver.

So the Intel support engineers can have more information about your system, Please download and run the Intel System Support Utility (https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows- ) for Windows. Select all data categories and then have it generate a report. Next, have the tool Save the report to a text file (don't try to use the Submit capability; it doesn't work). Finally, using the Drag and drop here or browse files to attach dialog below the edit box for the body of your response post, upload and attach this file to the response post.

Ok, so what is the problem? I see that you have "32.0.101.6881" installed.

Yes, now, but as soon as I turn the laptop back on and start a search for updates, it will download this version 'Intel Corporation - Display - 31.0.101.3729' again. It downloads and installs it through Windows Update.

Ok,, restart the laptop. DO NOT DO A WINDOWS UPDATE.
Instead, run the wuShowHide tool and see if there is a driver there to be blocked. if so, block it.

Ok, are you sure the update is coming from windows update, or is IDSA providing the update?

What does that mean? Are you invoking windows update, or are you updating from IDSA?
Be specific here. What your saying is not making sense.
Also, since I told you to reboot, what is the driver version right now?

Yes, update again from Windows Update. I'll send a picture in a moment. The current version is 32.0.101.6881, but it's updating again from Windows Update to version 31.0.101.3729.

Ok, you will need to wait for an Intel support engineer to look at this. One will respond soon.
