Intel® Driver & Support Assistant/ArcControl driver release date mismatch

Hello, I noticed that on the Driver & Support Assistant page for Intel Arc graphics cards, the latest available drivers are listed as Version: 31.0.101.4824 - Release date: September 13, 2023, while from the information available on the ArcControl software installed on my PC, the release date is indicated as 8/9/2023. The driver version seems to be the same, but the release date is different. Given these discrepancies, how can I know if the installed drivers are indeed the correct ones or an older version? Additionally, I would like to know how I can access any beta versions of these drivers. Thank you for your support. Best regards.

Thank you for posting on the Intel communities. I understand the confusion this can generate between the driver's released date on Intel® Driver & Support Assistant and Intel® Arc™ Control, I will be more than happy to help you.  

 

In this case, the driver 31.0.101.4826 is the latest driver, and it is reported correctly in both software, in the Download Center you can check that it is the latest driver, I recommend always checking the version and not the released date.

 

About the BETA drivers they are called non-WHQL Certified Graphics drivers, you can find them in the Download Center as well, an example of this kind of driver is version 31.0.101.4676.
