Hello Luiz123,
Thank you for posting in Intel Communities.
Please be advised that this feature (screen capture) has been removed from Intel® Graphics Command Center (IGCC) last year. Not to mentioned that the IGCC has been replaced by Intel ARC Control Software, and eventually replaced by the latest tool/application, Intel Graphics Software.
Reference: Intel® Graphics Command Center Missing Capture & Game Related Features
In addition to this, we already have the Intel ARC Control Software (which succeeded the IGCC) and finally replaced by the Intel Graphics Software (IGS). However, Intel has made the tough decision to retire the Studio page and it’s feature for now in our graphics software. The reason behind this decision is the features within the Studio page had very low user usage, and many features within the Studio page are supported by great third-party software today like OBS, Steam, Windows GameBar etc. We may consider bringing back these features in the future if demand is high.
I hope this information helps.
Best regards,
JeanetteC.

Hello, I am using Intel ARC a770 founder edition and badly missing the screen recorder feature on my Intel ARC control center. I am requesting you to add this feature again.
Thanks in advance.

I just hope to know more on what processor and graphics card model you have, so I can further check for any possible recommendations.
I will wait for your reply.

Good day Jeanette,
Thank you for complete replying.
I have download last night from Microsoft store the "Intel Graphics Command Center BETA" and it has the capture, not good as before but it has.
Do you know the version of the Intel Graphics Command Center (the latest or one of the previous one) that still has the feature capture/record?
I use that very much in a limited PC that I cannot install anything else.
Regards.

Thanks Jeanette,
I have tried but looks like this feature in the IGCC Beta is not complete as previous one and also it is not friendly as previous version of Intel Arc Control. (I think because it is Beta).
Anyway, what I did, install version 32.0.0101.6559 and I back with Intel Arc Control and works really great.
Thanks for the heads up. I hope the IGCC beta can be improved so we can start to use it in the future.

Hello Luiz123,
If you use an integrated GPU included with the Intel® Core™ 11th generation or newer processors or Intel® Arc™ discrete GPU, you can use Intel® Arc™ Control to record your screen. To install Intel® Arc™ Control, refer to the instructions described in How to Install Intel® Arc Control.
If you are using an Intel® Core™ 10th generation or older processor, no screen recording feature is available on the regular version of IGCC. As a workaround, you can try to download a beta version of IGCC available in the Microsoft Store that includes this feature.

Screen Recording Feature to be Removed from the Intel® Graphics Command Center
However, since we are now focused on enhancing the new Intel Graphics Software (IGS), then please expect future changes. If you're happy with version 32.0.0101.6559 as you mentioned that everything works great from Intel Arc Control and works really great, then I suggest keeping this driver and not update it to a newer version to avoid any further issues.
I will proceed in closing this thread. Should you need assistance in the future, please submit a new question as this thread will no longer be monitored.
Sincerely,
JeanetteC.
