Tried to:
- switch from fullscreen to windowed mode
- set different resolutions

Hi Jean,
I recently did a quick research on this issue. It seem that the problem is not with the Intel Arc GPU but with the I9 CPU. More specifically, it's the game itself that does not support the many cores of the 13900K. When setting CPU affinity on "LC2.EXE" in Windows Task Manager to CPU 0 - 3 instead of "All Processors", the game starts and runs correctly.

Hello EndreL,
We appreciate your patience. Thanks for sharing your findings.
We would like to inform you that our latest internal driver build is successfully running the game. However, it needs to be integrated into our next Production Release driver, which will take a little more time.
We will be closing the case temporarily. If the problem persists over the next 2-3 driver releases, please don't hesitate to reach out to us once more. If you need any additional information, please submit a new question since this thread will no longer be monitored.
Best regards,
Jean O.
