Low FPS in Diablo 4 Beta

Vram issue seem to be game related as people with Nvidia and AMD GPUs reporting the same and solved the FPS issue by disabling Vsync. Can be closed.

Despite using the latest Beta Driver, Diablo 4 runs at like max 50 FPS in 1080p in highest settings (100% rendering).

Is this normal? Also, is it normal that Diablo 4 uses every last bit of VRam? Like even when im in a small instanced room it uses the full 16 GB Ram. Other people on the Intel Discord are reporting the same.

Rest of my PC:
Windows 11

32GB Ram

Ryzen 5600x
