I just recently installed brand new Arc A750 and it performs very poorly.
I tested it with only 2 games: Fortnite, CS2
With the lowest settings in 1080p, both had 30 fps to 90 fps maximum, with 100% CPU and 0-30% GPU.
Before upgrading the GPU, I had a Gtx 1060 3gb, and it performed very well.
Here's what I have done to try to solve the problem:
-Reinstalled Windows 10
-Current GPU Driver: 31.0.101.5081
(Arc Control App is on Default Settings, only tweaked the Fan speed)
-Enabled Re-bar, Above 4G decoding, Disabled CSM
-Tried different power plan settings.
-Vsync off
My PC specs:
CPU: I3-10100F
GPU: Arc A750
RAM: 1 x 16GB DDR4 3000Mhz
Motherboard: Gigabyte H410M S2H V3
OS: Windows 10
PSU: 630W Thermaltake Bronze Smart SE
What could be the Problem? Faulty Motherboard? Bottleneck? Cabelling problem with PCI-E?
I seek further help.

Hello klenarzalan,
Thank you for posting on the Intel
- Is the graphics card an Intel Branded Card or is it from another brand?
- I understand that you are running the games at the lowest settings, but in case I need them to replicate the issue, take screenshots of it.
- What tool do you use to check the CPU and GPU usage?
- I see you have provided some information about your system, run the Intel® System Support Utility for Windows (SSU) and attach the report to know more about your hardware and software information. You can find the steps on the link How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows.

The GPU is a Limited Edition Arc A750 (INTEL).
I used Vivatuner and MSI Afterburner to read the GPU's performance and I came to a conclusion that my CPU is weak to fully use the A750's capabilities.
The Intel System Support Utility app/.exe doesn't work for me, it says that there was a problem and shows me to download the program again.

Hello klenarzalan,
Thank you for your response and for all the information provided.
I am sorry to hear that the Intel® SSU did not work for you, in this case, please provide the following information:
- BIOS version
- Windows 10 version.
This will help me to check if the system is up to date, since the may improve the graphics card performance, stability, and compatibility.
Regards,
Andres P.
