Hello,
On the newest Driver Version .4885 i am experiencing new Graphical Bugs when playing
Payday 3(Steam) on DX12. This is new, Driver .4826 was fine.
Heres a Youtube Video showing the Bugs:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ASP1SxjL1fw
It seems this is only on DX12 and not on DX11
Best Regards

Hello GanicF.
Thank you for posting back to the Intel Communities to report your issue. We would be more than glad to help you with the graphical issues in PayDay 3 with the new driver.
To discard that the issue is caused by some corrupted files from previous installations of drivers, remove all the previous files and run the Display Driver Uninstaller. Check How to Use the Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to Uninstall an Intel® Graphics Driver for instructions, and then install the driver 31.0.101.4885 again.
In case the issue persists, please provide us with the game distribution service you used to install the game, for example, Steam, Microsoft Store, Epic Games, or Xbox Store.
Best regards
Jean O.

Thank you for your help,
i just used ddu and tried .4885 again, but sadly the issue still persists.
I am playing the game via Steam and as i mentioned the issue only appears when launching the game in DX12, in DX11 everything seems fine.
Best Regards

Hello GanicF,
We appreciate your patience. We wanted to inform you that we have performed a thorough test of the game to investigate the issue you reported. However, we were unable to detect any graphical corruption during our testing on Windows 11. We are still researching this matter and will proceed to continue to investigate and test the game on Windows 10 as well. If you'd like to, we can share videos of our test with you.
We also invite the community to join the conversation if they are facing similar issues.

Thank you for keeping me up to date. In the meantime i have upgraded to Windows 11(fresh installation on new ssd), but the issue still persists.
I think a Video of your test would be nice.

Hello,
Thank you for providing the Video.
I noticed you used the command "dx12" to start the game in dx12, but afaik this doesnt work, the right command is "-dx12", so the game in the test video should run on dx11(standard).
Heres a video to demonstrate what i mean, i use Afterburner Ingame Overlay to verify that payday is running in the correct version of dx:

Hello GanicF,
Thank you for your observation and clarification regarding the right command: "-dx12". We apologize for the inconvenience; we will be more careful when testing the game again. We will proceed to continue researching this matter internally, and we will proceed to retest the game, correcting the mistake.
Best regards
