So I got this pc about 3 days ago now and I haven't done anything to it since then, I have just been playing games and that is it. Roblox is one of the top main games I play. The issue is that whenever I play football fusion in roblox it randomly just puts my fps to under 1 and I have no idea what is causing it. I also play jailbreak in roblox and then there are these random freezes for about 2-5 seconds. Please fix the bug as soon as possible I have been using intel for years now and never had a problem like this on my old pcs.
My stuff:
Directx12
32 gigabytes of ram
Intel arc b580 graphics card
Intel core i5-13400F processor

Hi, Burnttoast.
Thank you for posting in our Community, and I appreciate your loyalty to Intel over the years. Based on your description, the FPS drops to under 1 and the system stutters in Football Fusion and Jailbreak may point to a compatibility, driver, or resource management issue. Let's take a structured approach to investigate and resolve this. Kindly help by answering the following questions:
- Is the issue isolated to Roblox, or do you experience similar freezes or FPS drops in other games or applications? If yes, please provide names of affected apps/games.
- Do you see this behavior more prominently during specific moments in the game (e.g., sudden player movement, explosions, entering new areas)?
- Which display resolution and refresh rate are you running Roblox at? Also, is V-Sync enabled in Roblox or in Intel Arc Control?
- Is your system configured with hybrid graphics (e.g., both Arc GPU and integrated graphics), or is Arc B580 the only active display adapter?
- Are you using any overlays or background apps (e.g., Discord overlay, screen recorders, MSI Afterburner, etc.) while gaming? These can sometimes cause conflicts with rendering pipelines
- Has the system installed all the latest Windows Updates and optional updates (including .NET runtime and Visual C++ redistributable)?
- Have you attempted a clean installation of the latest Intel Graphics Driver using Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU)?
- Could you please provide CapFrameX data for this game? This will allow me to analyze performance metrics in more detail and identify any potential issues. Ideally, please share a CapFrameX file that includes at least 5 minutes of gameplay.
Additionally, I'd like to delve deeper and verify specifics like the graphics models, precise driver versions, and any system errors. Utilizing the Intel SSU tool will enable me to collect detailed information about your system setup, which could aid in identifying the underlying cause of this issue. For your privacy and security, I have already sent you an email to collect the SSU reports. Once I receive the logs, I can investigate further and provide better assistance. If you have taken any steps to fix this issue before contacting us, please provide me with those details so we don't repeat any unnecessary steps.
Have a nice day!
Best regards,
