Hi,
after updating the driver to the latest version (31.0.101.4824) I cannot find the ARC control installed.
I've tried reverting to the previous driver with a custom install including control panel, a clean install with the latest working driver and lates driver release and a clean install after delete all driver with "DDU".
Unfortunately nothing solves my problem (see attached image).
(Expanding the details tab during installation only show "Installation failed" and start the installer as admin does not work too)
Does anyone know how to fix the problem?
Issue solved you can close the thread.
i figured out was some problems with CMD (doesn't open).
Tried every solution wiothout success until a clean start keeping files and apps.
Now everything works fine

Download the exe for the driver.
Then, using 7zip, open the driver exe.
Open Resources
Open Extras
There you will see a number of files, including IntelArcControl.exe
Extract IntelArcControl.exe to some folder
Execute IntelArcControl, select Install.
Now you have arc control.

Thanks for your time AlHill,
i just tried your method and i have a file log with the error of the installer.

I think this is the error blocking the installation.
Anyway, if you need the full txt i can post it here.
Edit: meanwhile i tried Cb2077 and the performance are pretty bad. (from 75/80 fps to 35-60). I think (not sure) is related to the issue during the install
Sorry, that is all I have to offer for the install of ArcControl.
So the Intel support engineers can have more information about your system, Please download and run the Intel System Support Utility (https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows- ) for Windows. Select all data categories and then have it generate a report. Next, have the tool Save the report to a text file (don't try to use the Submit capability; it doesn't work). Finally, using the Drag and drop here or browse files to attach dialog below the edit box for the body of your response post, upload and attach this file to the response post.
