WWE 2K23 & 2K22 Performance & Graphical Issues on Arc A770

There is a graphical problem in both WWE 2K23 & 2K22 (and maybe even older WWE 2K titles) and a major performance issue in 2K23 with the Arc A770. This was tested with both the latest stable (31.0.101.4255) and beta (31.0.101.4311) drivers.

Graphical Problem

When using any of the game's built-in creation suite or downloaded superstars/attires in the Community Creations (found in-game as well), it would cause certain parts of the superstar's body to become corrupted and this only appears in the Arc gpu when compared to my RTX 3080. While I was able to test WWE 2K23 & 2K22, I would not be surprised if this appeared in the older WWE 2K games.

Performance Issues

In the WWE 2K games, the game speed is attached to the framerate, meaning that it is crucial for the game to be running at 60fps in order to have a smooth experience. This is not the case in 2K23 with the Arc gpus. It doesn't matter what the graphical settings are or even resolution as they all drop below 60 fps quite often or it can't maintain it for a sustained period of time. 

I was able to isolate the performance issues to the GPU by installing the Arc A770 in three different systems, a i9 12900k setup, a Ryzen 1600 AF setup and an i5 9400 (all with Re-sizeable Bar turned on and working as intended) to eliminate if the CPU was a contributing factor. (For the system report, I will be attaching the Ryzen system as that is where the Arc gpu spends most of its time).

Based on the information provided, it seems that there are two separate issues with the Arc A770 graphics card. The first issue is a graphical problem in WWE 2K23 and 2K22, which causes certain parts of the superstar's body to become corrupted when using the game's creation suite or downloaded content. This issue only appears with the Arc A770 and not with the RTX 3080. It is possible that this issue may also appear in older WWE 2K games.
