Hi Smitht,

Thank you for posting in Intel Communities.

We can sense your worry regarding the temperature that you are getting with your Intel Arc Powered System.

There was an article published that contains information on what temperature is considered overheating and you can find it here. Your ARC graphics model though is not mentioned on the product list where this article applies to, so we need time to confirm if 90 degrees celsius is also the threshold in terms of operating temperature for your graphics chip. There is also a possibility that since this is a mobile graphics chip, the maximum operating temperate maybe dependent also on the overall build of the system.

It would really help also if we can get more information about your system. Please download and run our Intel® System Support Utility from this page. To run it, please press "Scan". After the scan is finished, click next and there will be a save button, giving you an option to save the logs to a text file, please do so and attach the file on your reply. You can refer to How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows* for instructions.
