Windows keep reverting the Intel ARC driver version to ver. 4255

From this thread: (https://community.intel.com/t5/Intel-ARC-Graphics/Genshin-Impact-lag-and-slow-loading-Intel-Iris-Xe/td-p/1526953) I have been informed that the latest version of the driver is ver. 4826. I did install it and it works great. 

However, windows keep revert the version to ver. 4255 which horrendously bad for games like Genshin. I have reinstall ver. 4826 three times now since it has happened three times. 
How do i prevent the reversion to happen again? It gets really annoying when i need to reinstall the latest version around every 1-2 days.

Edit: I also want to inform that i did clean installation every time i reinstall ver. 4826.

Download 4826 and install it.

Reboot

Immediately run the Microsoft wuShowHide(attached) tool and block/hide 4255.
