看了下事件查看器,发现是新的驱动调用了C:\ProgramFiles\dotnet\shared\Microsoft.NETCore.App\8.0.3\Microsoft.NETCore.App.runtimeconfig.json
我的这个文件不知道为什么是空的
安装.NET 8.0 SDK (v8.0.204)后能正常安装驱动

Hello ZhuTao,
Thank you for patiently waiting. To circumvent any potential issues with the automatic installation process, we would like to ask if you have already attempted a manual installation of the graphics driver by downloading the installer directly from the official website.
Additionally, for more comprehensive troubleshooting guidance, we strongly recommend that you follow the steps outlined in the articles provided below:
- Intel® Arc™ Graphics Driver Installer Won't Start
- Unable To Complete Installation When Installing Drivers for Intel® Arc™ A-Series Graphics
These resources may offer valuable steps to address the current installation challenge that you are experiencing.
Regarding the .NET 8.0 SDK (v8.0.204), it appears that the difficulties experienced may be related to the operating system. It is crucial to adhere to the troubleshooting steps outlined in our support article to verify this. Following these steps meticulously will help ensure that the .NET SDK is configured correctly within the system environment. ️
Since there's a newer driver, we highly encourage you as well to install the Intel® Graphics Driver 31.0.101.5522 (WHQL Certified) version. Let us know if the issue still persists after doing so. I will be waiting for your reply.

Hello Ramyer M,
Thank you for your response.
Upon reviewing the event viewer, I discovered that the 101.5445 driver was referencing the file "C:\Program Files\dotnet\shared\Microsoft.NETCore.App\8.0.3\Microsoft.NETCore.App.runtimeconfig.json", which was found to be empty, leading to the issue at hand.
Following the installation of .NET 8.0 SDK (v8.0.204), I was able to successfully install the latest driver.
