bin file can't execute arc graphics?

hi, my name is young kyu. i'm not fluently using english.

 

i'm play the game(Aion classic in korea)

 

this game be executed to bin file.

 

but bin file can't regist for arc graphics driver and during this game, this graphics not operate.

 

i want register this game in arc graphics driver and during this game, i want execute arc graphics.

 

please tell me about that, thank so much.

Thank you for posting on the Intel️® communities. We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues when installing Aion classic.

 

In order to have a better understanding of your issue, please provide me with the following:

 

  • What is the game Distribution Service ( Blizzard, Epic, Origin, Steam, Xbox, Ubisoft connect)?
  • Have you consulted the game developer for the proper game installation?
  • Do you receive an error message when opening the game?
  • For reproduction purposes, could you share a step-by-step of the issue you experience? If it is possible, a video will be ideal.
  • Also, to gather the information that will help us troubleshoot your issue, please provide us with a report using the Intel System Support Utility (Intel SSU).
    • Open the application and click "Scan" to see the system and device information. By default, Intel SSU will take you to the "Summary View." 
    • Click on the menu where it says: "Summary" to change it to "Detailed View." 
    • To save your scan: click "Next"; then "Save."
