This is not my video,
but I'm having the same problem.
If just run it and proceed, it will happen a little later.
As far as I know, other Graphic cards have not this issue.
so, I'm thinking that the graphic card or Driver may be the cause.
is Intel aware of this issue?
Does this problem happen to all Arc User?
or Is this ploblem that only occurs on my computer and that YouTuber?

Thank you for posting on the Intel® ARC™ Graphics Communities. We know this type of graphics corruption issue can totally ruin your game experience.
I have not seen this issue so far but we will be glad to take a look at it and help you out. Based on the system information you shared I see you using the driver version 31.0.101.4887. Could you please re-test and check if the same still happens with our latest driver 31.0.101.4953? If possible, please use Display Driver Uninstaller to uninstall the current driver.
If the issue persists, please share with us the distribution service the game was downloaded from and the in-game graphics settings that you are using so that in case we need to test this we can do it in the same condition.

After testing for about an hour, I was able to play normally.
