Good morning, I need to speak internally with the Intel driver engineers.
I understand your work and the effort of the Intel Arc graphics drivers. I understand your way of working regularly. I mean regularly, which means that the drivers are released approximately every x week, I think it's time for performance improvement changes and the implementation of Intel graphics software, for example adding a function for Intel Arc Alchemist graphics, for example the Intel Arc A770 graphics can adjust VRAM and other things.
1. VRAM Settings
2. Other things
I also want to make things clear, How will the performance in DirectX 12 games improve in all games, I am still pending several games that I will put below and what agreements we are going to reach or not reach, I am going to make it very clear that the Intel Arc A770 graphics must far exceed the RTX 3060 and must be at the same level as the RTX 4060 at least 3% more, I mean Intel Arc A770 exceeds RTX 4060 3% due to its 16GB VRAM amount, memory bandwidth has 560 GB / s and has a 256-bit graphics memory interface, Like it or not, the Intel Arc A770 must exceed the RTX 4060 by at least 3%, I mean, put Arc A770 on the same level as the B580, Its big advantage Arc A770 is 16GB
1. Pending improvements to Cyberpunk 2077 performance when RT is enabled
2. Pending DirectX 12 performance improvements in RDR2, remember what happens
3. And more games
I want to know when this is going to be improved and the problems corrected, I need to discuss this internally, I repeat the Intel Arc A770 16GB graphics in 1440p resolution demanding triple AAA games must exceed 65 FPS or more, And in 2160p resolution which is already 4K the Intel Arc A770 graphics can handle 43 to 45 FPS and if you activate frame generation 53 to 55 FPS, I also need you to improve the energy issue in games, there will be areas that require more resources and others less, You should take that into account, As of 07-09-2025 I have not yet received major improvements or performance impact from the Intel Arc graphics
This is communication from Intel driver engineers and talking to me internally.
Greetings David

I'm going to be real with you: you are being very rude and extremely demanding, and your expectations are unrealistic and unreasonable. The Intel employees on this support forum do not deserve to be treated like this. Talking about how your card "must far exceed" and "must be at the same level as" competitor GPUs based on paper specs is just not how things work in the real world. Go do some research, chill out, and check your attitude at the door next time.

Good morning, Let's see, I'll tell you why, look, we are not receiving a big update, I mean 100 games of performance improvements, I have not seen anything or improvements yet, I understand that Intel Arc A770 surpasses RTX 3060, it is worth it without problem, it surpasses 15% to 20% performance in games, But the problem is in other games, We have already talked about Cyberpunk 2077, We have already talked about RDR2 with the problem that I am having when activating 170Hz it applies 48Hz to me, And more games, Then the Intel Arc A770 graphics or any model does not have the option to configure like the B580, For example VRAM Settings and Other things, Then Rockstar is not going to listen to the development engineers etc., Tell him please since he does not speak to unknown people, When handling, move the tab and speak internally to the RDR2 engineers or developers about an Intel XeSS implementation, And please release an important update of the games, it is not worth it to me 3 games that we have improved no, Must Improve more than 100 games with a single update, I remember perfectly DirectX 9 added great performance to more than 100 games, Well we want the same but DirectX 11, Vulkan and 12, Please
Greetings
David

What I'm trying to communicate to you is that your current approach where you are basically saying "this card is performing worse than I think it should, now you must fix it ASAP, because I say so, I can't believe you haven't done this already" is not going to get you anywhere. I don't know if it's a language issue or if you're like 12 years old, but you're coming across as very pushy, entitled, and uninformed. You bought a first generation product that is VERY well documented as having inconsistent performance across many games, and you are either going to have to live with that or sell it and buy a different brand of GPU.

I will add that, in the general case, direct communication with development engineers doesn't happen. These engineers are simply too busy to be offering this level of support to some unknown, over-expectant user. Communication regarding features, priorities and/or schedules is never going to happen. You won't see this happening with any company.
Just saying,
