constant crashes and instabillity

Hello, I recently(21/06) updated my drivers but it said i don't recognise you gpu. I used DDU and installed some older drivers, the control center still sais your drivers are up to date, don't know how that happend. And now i have constant crashes in games after a 2-20 min of playing nowhere else. I will give some examples: helldivers 2 unplayable 2min max of gameplay, deep rock galactic playable untill someone used the grenade launcher and then immediate crash, minecraft haven't noticed any crashes. These crashes have no warning and no pause it happens immediatly, no stutter. If i set my power limit to 95% i have no crashes but it increases instability. I don't know how to fix and i have tried multiple things. My current gues something with powerdraw but haven't noticed much special with msi afterburner, no high temps, no exceptional high powerdraw, I have noticed low usage during stutters that weren't there before the incident.
Here are my pc's specs:
r5 7600

32gb ram at 6000MT cl30

MSI PRO B650-S

arc B580

If anybody knows anything on how to fix, i would greatly appreciate it.

(If i wrote anything wrong, english isn't my first language)

thx in advance

Hi StanTheGamer,

Thank you for reaching out to the Intel Community Forum. To assist us in investigating the issue, please provide the following details:

  • Can you please provide a photo of the error message when installing the drivers?
  • Does the issue occur only during cutscenes? Or does it also happen during regular gameplay or menus?
  • What are the troubleshooting steps that you tried so far?
  • Is the Resizable Bar enabled?
  • Have you used DDU to completely remove all residual drivers and installed a new one?
  • Have you tried adjusting the graphics settings?
  • Could you provide a screenshot of your in-game display and graphics settings?
  • Which gaming platform did you use to download the game?
  • Can you please include the crash dump so I can check it?

Additionally, to gain a comprehensive understanding of your system, please use the System Support Utility (SSU). This tool will generate a text file compiling all your system information. You can follow the instructions at this link and send the text file here. Help Guide for the Intel® System Support Utility.

If you have any questions, please let us know. Thank you.

Hi

Thx For wanting to help but first i need to adress something else, its the reason why i answered so late. I couldn't log in into my account on this website, i just landed on a white page called loading. So i could not respond or ask for support to fix that issue. Chatgpt said it was an internal issue, a CORS-error.

I also have to add something else, there is a chance(not always) when shutting off the pc, i get a light blue/cyan windows death screen with pink text, a quick search gives me that it is caused by something to do with the gpu(vram, pcie communocations, driver, rendererror, ...) , MOBO. I have only discovered this recently(28/06) so its not a guarentee that it happens but it has happend twice to me now and that its related to gpu, I thought i should also report this.

Now for what you asked for:

1) First, i only got this error ones, and i was not the only one. This is not my picture but its the same error.this was the error i got after updating the driverthis was the error i got after updating the driver

2) It happens during normal gameplay, i don't know if it happens during cutscenes because i dont actively play any games with cutscene's.
3) I have tried reinstalling my driver multiple times, even to an older version but it autimaticly installs the new one. This could be because my wifi is on. For reinstalling my driver i did next steps: went to windows safe mode, used DDU, then i landed back in normal windows because the pc restarted like normal, then installed the drivers.

I have also lowered the powerlimit to 95% which doesn't stop the crashing anymore.
4)Yes resizable bar is enable, if the control panel is correct.
5) I have used DDU in windows safe mode as instructed
6) I haven't but I haven't because in the past before i tried to update my drivers everything runned fine. But when i updated is and reinstalled the drivers suddenly it crashed but no odd performance only some extra stutters. But the crashes happen suddenly with no stutters before them, it is just straight to desktop.
7)Here are screenshots of my display and graphics settings in helldivers 2, DRG is just everything maxed out, minecraft is the same.

StanTheGamer_2-1751125509957.png

I use steam to download most of my games, minecraft ofcourse has a different launcher
9)can't attache dump file because it saids it doesn't allow me to post with it, i will try my best to upload it(see reply for crash dump file)

10) For the SSU also see attached files, its named 'for support ssu'

I hope this helps alot so that the problem can be found and fixed

sorry if my sentences are a mess and the english not that good, english is not my first language

Thx again for wanting to help

Hi StanTheGamer,

Thank you for your feedback. I checked your SSU logs and saw that the current driver is 32.0.101.6790, please try installing the 32.0.101.6913 along with Clean Installation.

Additionally, have you tried disabling the integrated Grahics to see if the issue still persists?

If you have any questions, please let us know. Thank you.

Hi ArchieD,

I have done what you asked, updated my drivers with a clean installation. My integrated graphics were already turned off because i already had an issue with them.

But is has not helped, i still have crashes. But i have noticed something else, that i forgot about, when updating my drivers windows defender says this is not trusted( its something like this, i cant remember it) and then i click do it anyway. I didn't have this in the past. Could this be part of the problem?

Best regards
