low performance fps cyberpunk 2077 1.63

Good afternoon

I have a problem with low fps performance of cyberpunk 2077, I have everything updated to the latest version 1.63 with the latest Intel Arc A770 16GB drivers with version 31.0.101.4669 with the clean installation through the Display Driver Uninstaller DDU programs, and I reinstalled and I can't get over 60 FPS activating in ultra quality with ray tracing activated ultra with Intel XeSS technology quality mode and I can't get over 60 FPS, it only shoots me 40 to 45 FPS and some areas 35 FPS, all drivers updated bios updated etc, and I must at least be able to shoot above 60 FPS with the 1920x1080p resolution, let's go FULL HD, I tried to put in low ray tracing and it gives 50 to 55 FPS with Intel XeSS quality, Let's go that totally unplayable and the Intel Arc A770 16GB graphics must outperform the RTX 3060 Ti in cyberpunk 2077 with modern API

I also want to keep in mind that the Intel Arc A770 graphics with the ultra setting and Intel XeSS in quality should go from 95 to 100 FPS, the other compotency like NVIDIA RTX 3060 Ti reaches 90 to 95, and finally Intel Arc A770 should go with the ultra configuration plus ultra ray tracing and intel xess must go at least 70 FPS all at 1080p let's go Full HD, because the other compotence NVIDIA RTX 3060 Ti borders on 63 to 65 FPS with a peak of 69 FPS, since the intel arc a770 must exceed 70 a 73 FPS since it is a little higher than that would be 5% performance
