performance lower than others on Intel® Core™ i5-1135G7 with XE graphics

Hi! I'm on a all-in-one pc with an Intel® Core™ i5-1135G7 Processor, 8 GB of ram and XE graphics. I'm watching youtube videos where their performance, by which i mean FPS, are higher than mine (about 30-40 frames higher) on games. Is there any way to know exactly why? Maybe I installed something and have to do a factory reset? Please let me know.

oh and by higher than mine, i mean other people on the same specs as me are running higher FPS on the same settings and everything.

oh and to top it all off, i had this pc for a year or two.
