upgraded to b580 and my refresh rate is locked

when I upgraded to a b580 from a 3060 8GB my main monitor that I use DP on went from 170hz down to 120hz and my other monitor that uses HDMI went from 120hz to 75hz. I have updated my drivers for the GPU and the monitors as well as update my windows. When I first got the card it used to do the right hz per monitor then after one day it just stopped and caped the hz at lower rates.

Could you please share the exact make and model of your monitor, as well as the specific model and version of the cables you're using? Additionally, have you tried DDU or the Display Driver Uninstaller and the SSU logs? While you’ve mentioned your graphics model, I’d like to go a step further and confirm details like your OS build number and check if any errors are logged. The SSU logs can collect that information, which would be very helpful for me in diagnosing the issue.

Hello, I have a very similar issue with upgrading from a rx580 to a B580 also.

I can only go up to 120hz with a 144hz monitor using HDMI

With my second monitor that is 75hz I can go to 75hz but the screen resolution is stretched, I can only go 60hz without this issue (DP). 

All windows and intel are updated.
