My game is freezing when i am opening any menu on the game

Game freezing issues, especially when opening menus, can be quite disruptive. 

You told me about your Intel Arc model, but I do not have sufficient details about your hardware and software configuration to help you. Please run the SSU report so I can check important details such as OS build#, Wi-Fi driver version, errors logged in the system, etc). 

 

Also, if you have taken any steps to fix this issue before contacting us please give me those details so we don't repeat any unnecessary steps

Hi, klt.

Thank you for providing the screenshot from your SSU logs. I have a few additional questions:

  • Are there any error messages that appear when you access the game menus?
  • Have you tried updating your games to the latest versions?
  • Have you also updated your motherboard's BIOS to the latest available version?
