  1. What is the graphics driver you are using?

    32.0.101.8250

  2. Tell us the name of the game or application and where to obtain it

    Publisher's official Chinese website: https://gf2.sunborngame.com/
    English Version (Outdated Version): https://gf2exilium.sunborngame.com/

  3. Provide us with the Intel SSU report from your system.

    Attachment added.

  4. Tell us the steps to reproduce the issue (this is very important!).

I'm not sure what exactly went wrong, but it appears that local rendering is happening faster than server-side computation, leading to inconsistent frame synchronization.

  5. For graphics corruption (per example artifacts, textures corruption or lighting glitches) please use any 3rd party application to capture screenshots or a video showing the bug. Alternatively you may use your phone's camera or similar.

I recorded a video (2025-11-18 20-39-25.mp4) that should clearly demonstrate the issue I'm experiencing.

The CapFrameX data has been added to the attachment, but I believe it is unrelated to the issue.

Hi gentrydeng,

Thank you for the detailed report about the frame synchronization issue you're experiencing with Girls Frontline 2: Exilium on your Intel Arc B580. I appreciate you providing the Intel SSU report, CapFrameX data, and the video demonstration, this helps me understand the issue better.

The frame synchronization problem you've described, where local rendering appears to be happening faster than server-side computation, is an interesting technical issue that I'd like to investigate further.

To help with my analysis, could you please provide:

  1. What specific monitor are you using?
  2. What type of cable are you using to connect your monitor? (HDMI, DisplayPort, USB-C, etc.)

This information will help me determine if there are any display-related factors contributing to the synchronization issue you're experiencing.

Best regards,

No problem.

My monitor is an HKC G27H2, 27 inch with 2K resolution and the 180Hz refresh rate.
I use a DisplayPort 1.4 interface and cable.

I enabled Windows' variable refresh rate feature and the Arc B580 graphics card's low-latency mode (enabled + boosted), setting the game frame rate to 120 (max).

Hi gentrydeng,

Thank you for providing the monitor and connection details. The HKC G27H2 with 2K 180Hz over DisplayPort 1.4, combined with Windows VRR and Arc B580's low-latency mode settings, gives me a good picture of your display configuration.

To help narrow down the scope of this frame synchronization issue, I have an important question:

Is this synchronization problem isolated to Girls Frontline 2: Exilium only, or have you noticed similar issues in other games or applications?

This will help me determine whether this is a game-specific compatibility issue with the Arc B580 or a broader synchronization problem that might affect other titles or applications.

Best regards,

Unfortunately, I don't have any other online games based on the Unity engine on my computer, but I immediately downloaded the Chinese version of Zenless Zone Zero, which did not exhibit issues similar to those in Girls' Frontline 2: Exilium.

So this might be a problem unique to Girls Frontline 2: Exilium.

Hi gentrydeng,

Thank you for the additional testing with Zenless Zone Zero! That's very helpful information, the fact that ZZZ (also a Unity-based online game) works without synchronization issues while Girls Frontline 2: Exilium exhibits the frame sync problem suggests this is indeed a game-specific compatibility issue rather than a broader Arc B580 problem.

Your testing approach was excellent - comparing similar Unity engine games helps isolate the issue to GF2: Exilium specifically.

I'll need to investigate this further internally to determine if this is a known compatibility issue with Girls Frontline 2: Exilium and our Arc B580 graphics cards. I'll also check if we can simulate this issue for further analysis.

I'll get back to you once I have more information about this game-specific synchronization problem.

Thank you for your patience and thorough testing.
