The game runs normally for the first minute after launch, but severe performance degradation occurs after approximately one minute. Monitoring software shows periodic stuttering at approximately one-second intervals, making the game nearly unplayable. This issue also occurred last year when playing "The Division 2", but "Cyberpunk 2077" runs without such problems.
System Specifications:
Device: Viper Canyon NUC 12 Enthusiast Kit
Memory: 32GB DDR4 3200
OS: Windows 11 24H2
Drivers: Latest official Intel drivers installed.
I have record a short video for you.

Hello cashchen,
Thank you for posting in the community!
It seems that you are experiencing low FPS while playing the game. To better understand and troubleshoot this issue, I have a few questions that will help us investigate the cause. Please provide responses to the following:
- Can you share an image of your in-game display and graphics settings?
- Did this issue occur after a driver update or a Windows update?
- Have you tried adjusting different graphics settings to determine which provides better optimization and higher FPS?
- Have you used Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) when updating or rolling back drivers?
- Have you tested different graphics drivers to see if performance improves?
- Where did you download the game from? (Steam, Epic Games, Battle.net, etc.)
Additionally, to monitor your FPS in the game, I recommend downloading and installing the CapframeX application. This third-party tool can record your FPS while you play. For instructions and guidance, please follow this link:
Additionally, to gain a comprehensive understanding of your system, please use the System Support Utility (SSU). This tool will generate a text file compiling all your system information. You can follow the instructions at this link and send the text file here: Help Guide for the Intel® System Support Utility

Hi Dhanniel M,
I will reply to your questions one by one:
1. The content is in the images in attachments 1 ,2 and 3.
2. There is a possibility of updating with Windows, but it is speculated that the relationship is not significant, as such situations had been occurring before the May update.
3. I have tried adjusting the graphics options for the graphics card and game, but there has been no significant improvement.
I deleted the old driver using DDU and installed the 101.6795 driver today, but the problem has not improved.
5. There has been no improvement.
6. My game was downloaded from the official game website, and the download link is https://www.yysls.cn/index.html
I am used to using MSI Afterburner, so I used this software to record the frame rate and load changes from the end of loading to one minute after the problem occurred. The record file is attached in Attachment 3.
I used SSU to record the basic information of my computer and provided it in Attachment 4.
Thank you for your reply.
