Can't access AMT over VPN connection

I am unable to connect to AMT via web browser, PSM and Meshcommander over an OpenVPN connection.  This is happening at 3 different sites.

If done locally I have no problem, so I can confirm that vPRO is enabled.  These are SMB sites so the devices are provisioned manually (CTRL-P).

Is this a known or "by design" issue?

Hey David

The easiest VPN solution that will work is a site to site VPN.

If you are wanting VPN to the client, That is a lot more complex model. Take a look here to get started -
