I repeatedly get a message on my computer that the Intel AMT is disabled. How can I enable it again? I have a new pc, a HP Compaq dc7700 from dec. 06 and installed Vista Home Premium one week ago. The problem began some days after the installation.

Hello,
The firware image that would have been on your HP system in December would have been an Intel AMT 2.0 image. We did not bring in Vista support until Intel AMT 2.1. Please download the updated Intel AMT 2.1 firmware/BIOS and drivers from HP's support/downloads site. You will have to load the new image and then update the LAN, LMS/SOL, and HECI/ME drivers. You should be able to find instructions on how to do this on HP's support site.
Thanks,
GH
