KVM doesn't work with the latest Manageability Commander Tool (v. 7.0.11340.2)

Hi,

I can't KVM into Intel QM57 based computer (AMT v6.0) using the latest Manageability Commander Tool (v. 7.0.11340.2). I can connect and take control of the computer using Serial-over LAN, but KVM always fails.

KVM works fine with an earlier version of the tool (v6.0.10097.2).

Is there something that needs to be done to make KVM work with the latest commander tool?

Could you try the latest version of the "Open" DTK? Hopefully this one will work for you. Please let us know.

Hello Vladimir,

Are you receiving an error message when you attempt to connect to your client via KVM? Also, what platform are you using? (OEM, AMT version, BIOS version)

I would also recommend using the Open source DTK as Gal mentioned to see if this resolves your issue why we look into this.
