Unable to open SOL session

I downloaded Intel AMT Reference Design Kit.
There is a Java tool inside for us to manage our Intel AMT devices.

I am using the Java tool on my server which runs on Windows Server 2003 and wish to manage my AMT client which runs on Windows XP. Mostly all the functions provided by the tool can be used but not the Redirection. I was not able to open the SOL session.
The error prompted out by the hyperterminal is: unable to connect 127.0.0.1 with port 2000

Have you gone through the steps of enabling SOL and IDE-R on your system? Please refer to Section 1.3.1 of the Redirection Library User Guide.pdf which is in the docs folder of the Intel AMT Software Development Kit.
