The PC turns on, it seems, but I get no display on any monitor I hooked it up to. I tried one of those tiny HDMI monitors they sell for Raspberry Pis, I tried an adapter hooking it into a standard monitor, and I tried a USB monitor.

Then, just post whatever information is printed on the stick, front, back, or sides.
You do have an Intel Compute Stick, right?

On the top, it simply says Intel inside. On the bottom is a bar code with "Windows 10 Home Mini PC" above it and the following below it: 3258636383889.
One the box it can in, it says Model: W5 and then the rest is obscured because someone put tape over it.

You do not have an intel compute stick. You need to contact the manufacturer of your device, or return it to the place of purchase.

No, I am saying it is not an Intel Compute Stick. There are manufacturers of other devices that resemble the Intel Compute Stick. Perhaps you purchased one of those.
Also, the amazon listing would have the proper model numbers.
