Aria , Mongo DB and mediainfo doesn't connect while "testing" our project

Aria and Mongo DB doesn't connect while "testing" our project on  developer cloud and sometimes mediainfo work and sometimes not why is that ??

Thanks for reaching out, I have a couple of questions to help me reproduce the issue.

1. Are you using one of the samples on Intel Developer Cloud for the Edge?
2. Are you using the Bare Metal or Containerized environment?
3. Could you provide steps to reproduce?
4. Do you see any error messages or logs?
