The Download link in the email doesn't work for me.
I filled out the form on the download page https://software.seek.intel.com/openvino-toolkit?os=linux
Submitting that form redirected me to the post registration page at https://registrationcenter.intel.com/en/products/postregistration/?dnld=t&SN=my-serial-number&EmailID=me@my-email.address&Sequence=sequence . This page informs me that I will receive an email with download instructions.
I received an email with the download link https://registrationcenter.intel.com/regcenter/RegisterSNInfo.aspx?dnld=t&SN=my-serial-number&EmailID=me@my-email.address&Sequence=sequence
Everything is good so far, but when I click that download link, I just get redirected back to the post registration page and nothing gets downloaded.
I traced it in the console logs. The original link gets a 307 response and a redirect to Location: https://registrationcenter.intel.com/regcenter/registersninfo.aspx?dnld=t&SN=my-serial-number&EmailID=me@my-email.address&Sequence=sequence . That receives a 302 response and a redirect to https://registrationcenter.intel.com/products/postregistration/?dnld=t&SN=my-serial-number&EmailID=me@my-email.address&Sequence=sequence . That receives another 302 response and a redirect to https://registrationcenter.intel.com/products/postregistration/?dnld=t&SN=my-serial-number&EmailID=me@my-email.address&Sequence=sequence , which is that original post registration page.
There is a "please wait" with a spinning icon that appears for about 1 second and then disappears, but nothing happens. I turned off all content blocking and popup blocking, and the only error in the JavaScript console is a warning "Use of Mutation Events is deprecated. Use MutationObserver instead." My registration information and email address contain no non-ASCII characters.

I was able to install it using the APT repository, so I no longer need help with this.
Here is my information so you can track down whatever problem there was with the email download link:
My email is jdavis@crowdoptic.com and my download link was https://registrationcenter.intel.com/regcenter/RegisterSNInfo.aspx?dnld=t&SN=CNP6-JPKRG8GH&EmailID=jdavis@crowdoptic.com&Sequence=223785

Hi Shevadronov, Alexander ,
Please try logging in to your account in registrationcenter.intel.com (with the account you used to register to download OpenVINO). If you don't have an account yet, you may need to create one to be able to download the software.
Best Regards,
Luis
