Could you let us know how to compose an OpenVINO model?

Hi,

 

I am a C++ developer and don't use Tensorflow in my work. I use Visual Studio in developing networks.  

The current flow to transform i.e. YoloV3 weights into OpenVINO model is complex. And if a create now network models, this process may introduce defects which are very hard to debug.

Is it possible that we can output *.xml and *.bin files which used in OpenVINO?  Namely, can you publicize the layout of the *.bin files?
