Custom Layers for Movidius in OpenVINO

Are custom layers in OpenVINO implemented in OpenCL allowed  for Movidius stick as they are for GPUs? I see that the custom layers directory in https://github.com/openvinotoolkit/openvino/tree/master/inference-engine/src/vpu/custom_kernels, however the documentation makes no mention of it in https://docs.openvinotoolkit.org/latest/openvino_docs_HOWTO_Custom_Layers_Guide.html. This documentation does mention custom layers for VPU: https://docs.openvinotoolkit.org/2019_R1.1/_docs_IE_DG_supported_plugins_VPU.html.The documentation may not be up to date but I wanted to confirm that. Also, I was wondering how to register custom kernels in the github link above with OpenVINO so they can be used by NCS at inference time.

@MAURICIOAL_R_Intel  I was more interested in Neural Compute Stick2 more specifically. From the latest release notes, it looks like custom layers in OpenCL will be supported sometime in October of 2020? https://software.intel.com/content/www/us/en/develop/articles/openvino-relnotes.html
