Do I need to rerun Model Optimizer when upgrading to OpenVINO 2019.R2?

I'm currently using OpenVINO 2019.r1. Do I need to reexport all the models when I upgrade to the latest OpenVINO 2019.R2 or R3?

Dear Garustovich, Alexander,

Actually I recommend that you upgrade to OpenVino 2019R3 since that is the latest and greatest. And yes, always, you need to re-run Model Optimizer and re-generate your IR with each new release for best results.
