I can run it smoothly with the test video provided by the original author

But I'm getting this error message when testing with a video I shot.

The window size of the video I shot has been modified to 1980*1080, but it still cannot be executed.

Please assist me, thanks.

1. OPENVINO NO:  2020.1.023

2. Build OpenVINO from the source

3.https://github.com/nikogamulin/counting-cars

4. The video was taken from my phone.

Hello Dengyu,

Thank you for sharing the useful information with us. Could you also share the video taken using your phone? If the file is too big, you can put it in Google Drive and share the link here.

Hello Dengyu,

We are still investigating this matter and it may take some time since you are using an outdated version of OpenVINO.

Also, try using --resize 320,240 instead of --resize 1024 and see if that makes any difference.

Sincerely,

Zulkifli

I made a stupid mistake

1. Video format needs to be 1980x 1080

2. Filename English uppercase and lowercase

Sorry, Sir.
