Hi,
I am trying to install OpenVino toolkit 2021.4.1 LTS on Windows 7 (because I don't have a choice). The software downloads, I run the installer, the install page comes up with the flashing line at the bottom (the introduction page), it then disappears and nothing happens.
Usually the screen with the checkboxes and options is supposed to appear but doesn't happen on Windows 7.
Is there a solution?
If not, do I need to install the EXE or can I download the openvino libraries (pip install openvino - https://pypi.org/project/openvino/) ?
Unfortunately we are stuck with some legacy locations that have Windows 7, so upgrading to 10 is not an option at this point.
Thanks

Hi Duggy,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
We regret to inform you that Windows 7 is not supported by the Intel® Distribution of OpenVINO™ Toolkit. Intel® Distribution of OpenVINO™ Toolkit is officially supported and validated on Windows 10.
The System Requirements for using Intel® Distribution of OpenVINO™ Toolkit is available at the following page:
https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/developer/tools/openvino-toolkit/system-requirements.html
Hope it helps.
Regards,
