Intel® Distribution of OpenVINO™ toolkit for Windows* activation error

Hello,

I downloaded the Intel® Distribution of OpenVINO™ toolkit for Windows* and installed it. Then I got a new software: Intel Software Manager but when I try to activate it with the given serial number into my e-mail address, I get the error: Unknown Error! Please restart the Intel Software Manager to activate your product. How can I resolve this?

Hi Arsim,

Try to run OpenVINO without activation.. are you getting any issues?

FWIW I never used my registration key to activate on Windows or Linux. Did not have to use Intel Software Manager for this SDK.

No but I just wantet to have the OpenVINO activated I have the activation key. Yes I use Intel Software Manager for Windows 10.
