Running Inference on NCS using a custom model

Hello, I'm trying to run an inference on NCS using a VGGnet fine-tuned in tensorflow on a custom dataset. I've the .ckpt and .meta files and I'm trying to create the ncs graph. I'm unable to find any resources for the same. Any help would be much appreciated.
