Unable to download OpenVINO SDK

I'm trying to download the Linux SDK, but each time I'm asked to register, told that registration was successful and then nothing else happens. No email, no redirection to a new page, no download started, nothing.

our server has known few hiccups on Monday, everything is back to normal now for the registration and download of the software.

You're lucky... I don't even get to register... just a broken plain text website that dead ends with an inoperable submit button.  Evidently this has been going on for months.  Are the "hiccups" when the site actually works?
