Hi Mami Takahashi,
I deeply apologize for delay in response as we are on Public holidays here.
Please confirm if the package has been received direct from Intel PSG or through your distributor?
If they are from distributor, we could not interrupt in between the process as this involve private and confidential requirement for your company and your distributor.
For your information, Intel PSG perform 100% Ball/Leads Scan prior to shipment, so it's unlikely that the device will have been shipped with bent leads. There is a high possibility that it was damaged in transit or shipping or improper storage. We have ball/leads scan and visual test. Plus, we have drop test proved packing. The purpose of production testing during manufacturing is to screen out bad units and in the case, the bent leads would not pass the open/short test. Intel PSG Reliability Report had stated clearly that Intel PSG performs comprehensive testing and manufacturing controls on all its products.
We could guarantee devices leave factory door in good condition. Once shipment leaves factory, we are no longer liable as it subjects to forwarder’s handling, distributor’s handling and customer’s handling. There is no way to tell if the damages are done before devices leave factory door. Therefore, no RMA will be proceeded due to the Bent leads issue reported.
However, we are happy to assist you if there are help needed from our side.
Thanks.
Regards,
Zawani

This package was delivered by the distributor, Arrow. The distributor stated that we must directly go through Intel to pursue an RMA.
If a scan was performed prior to the shipment, please provide the appropriate test report.
