ACCESS DENIED on Self-Service Licensing Center

Although logging in on my Intel account works just fine, I can access a.o. my Inbox, where I see the 'Welcome to PSG Licensing' message, I can not get through the login process on the Self-Service Licensing Center. It always results in the 'ACCESS DENIED' message.

I have used several web browsers, all the same result. I have requested help from the Intel service desk, but no luck.

Now Intel just leaves me dangling with my expired licenses while the new ones have been paid for but are not accessible!

I was referred to the community to get suggestions for this. So anyone who recently run into this again that has some ideas to get through?

Intel support team, can you please help us to access to our licenses? Please send them by mail to the registered admin as a work-around.
Thanks!
