Installation and Licensing that’s includes Intel Quartus® Prime software, ModelSim* - Intel FPGA Edition software, Nios® II Embedded Design Suite on Windows or Linux operating systems.

I am just trying to transfer a license of Intel Parallel Studio XE 2015 Update 4 Composer Edition for Fortran Windows to a different pc. It wont let me create a new license file for the new pc because status is expired. Can you help me with that?
